You simply insert the WifiPlug into the USB Port of your laptop or, using the provided car adapter, insert it into the cigarette lighter spot of your car or campervan. Alternatively you can also insert it into any USB adapter that converts AC charge from a power socket to USB (USB adapter not included).

Once you plugged the WifiPlug in you have to wait for about 15 seconds until the device has connected to the mobile data network and indicates its readyness - you can use the following signals as a guide:

If you are visiting both Australia and New Zealand and order data SIMs for each country then then we will put the data SIM for the first country you visit already in the WifiPlug for you, so you only need to put the 2nd data SIM in when you move from Australia to New Zealand (if you go to Australia first) or vice versa.

2. Free Replacement: Problems can occur - if the SIM card does not work you'll get a free & immediate replacement.
