Simply turn on the WifiBox after your arrival in Australia or New Zealand and connect your device (Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop...) to the wireless network provided by the WifiBox - and you're good to go (The name & password of the wireless network provided by the WifiBox will be included in your shipment, and you can also check them at any time in your MojoKnows account)

If you are visiting both Australia and New Zealand and order data SIMs for each country then then we will put the data SIM for the first country you visit already in the WifiBox for you, so you only need to put the 2nd data SIM in when you move from Australia to New Zealand (if you go to Australia first) or vice versa.

• Simply log into your MojoKnows account and order the desired amount of data for the country specific data SIM (the recharge options for these data SIMs can be found on their respective product page) ; our customer support team will then apply the ordered amount of data to your WifiBox immediately and send you a confirmation email once the data pack is active.

We can ship the 4G/LTE WifiBox für Australien UND Neuseeland anywhere - however it is usually recommended to have it shipped to an address in Australia . This can be the address of your first Hotel, a private address, or a Post Office where you can pick the shipment up after arrival. Shipping the box outside Australia is expensive due to the Lithium Battery that is included in the WifiBox which requires courier shipping.

2. Free Replacement: Problems can occur - if the SIM card does not work you'll get a free & immediate replacement.
3. No contract: There is no contract, all our offers are prepaid. The indicated costs are one-off costs you pay when you order - if you do not need extra credit that's all you ever pay.
4. No roaming costs: You're using a local SIM card, and therefore avoid roaming costs - incoming calls and SMS in your destination country are completely free, and there's also no data roaming charges.

6. Works with all devices: All our SIM cards work perfectly with Apple's iPhone family as well as Android and Windows Phone based smartphones. Older devices are also supporte, just keep in mind that they usually don't have access to all the available network frequencies and therefore provide less coverage. Blackberry phones are also supported, however they cannot access the internet.
7. All ages: All our products can be ordered by minors as well - so if you need a SIM for a school exchange or language class for your son or daughter, simply make sure you order in their name, using their details, esp. if they travel on their own.
