• The new data is usually applied to your account within 2 hours; however it can take up to 24 hours to go through; you will receive an email once the recharge has been done for you

Simply log into your MojoKnows Account and click on Get Balance next to your VENI tablet SIM.

1. If you have purchased your tablet as part of a contract you need to check with your provider if the tablet is locked to their network and whether it will be possible to use a SIM card from another network. In most cases this is possible, you may have to pay your provider a small fee to unlock the tablet from their network.
2. The VENI tablet SIM generally works overseas as well (i.e. outside of Australia), however this roaming usage can be quite expensive. We therefore recommend that you only enter your SIM card into your tablet just before you arrive into Australia. We also activate the SIM only a short time before your departure, so it is possible that the SIM hasn't been activated yet when you try it out while still at home.
3. If you have problems connecting to the Internet after your arrival, we've put together detailled instructions on how to configure your Android tablet.
4. It is generally best to pick a data pack that will be big enough to accomodate your data usage over a 30 day period, then order another one of those packs before the 30 day expiry is up. This ensures that there is no gap in the provisioning of data allowance and that you will have continuous access to the Internet.
5. In the event that you run out of data before the data pack has expired, it is important to note that purchasing the same data pack again in this situation will not give you data back straight away; instead that data pack is automatically activated at the end of the validity period of the previous pack. This also applies for the initial data balance. So for example, if you have the VENI SIM and notice 20 days after your arrival that you have run out of data and order another 10.2Go , that data amount will become available only once the existing data pack has expired.
6. So if you urgently need new data before your current data pack expires, you can either order a larger data pack, i.e. a 2.5Go data pack if your current data pack is a 1Go or if you had an initial balance of 1Go and have run out before the expiry of that balance. Or, alternatively, you can order the 200MB emergency data pack - this data pack has a validity period of 90 days and is independent of the other data packs - it is however quite a bit more expensive to use.
