Simply turn on the WifiBox after your arrival in Australia and connect your device (Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop...) to the wireless network provided by the WifiBox - and you're good to go (The name & password of the wireless network provided by the WifiBox will be included in your shipment, and you can also check them at any time in your MojoKnows account)

• Simply log into your MojoKnows account and order the desired amount of data for your WifiBox ; our customer support team will then apply the ordered amount of data to your WifiBox immediately and send you a confirmation email once the data pack is active.

We can ship the WifiBox 4G MAX anywhere - however it is usually recommended to have it shipped to an address in Australia . This can be the address of your first Hotel, a private address, or a Post Office where you can pick the shipment up after arrival. Shipping the box outside Australia is expensive due to the Lithium Battery that is included in the WifiBox which requires courier shipping.

2. Free Replacement: Problems can occur - if the SIM card does not work you'll get a free & immediate replacement.
