How do I check the data balance of my Anywhere Data SIM?
Simply log into your customer account at www.mojoknows.com.au and click on 'Check Balance'.
Important things you have to know using the Anywhere Data SIM with your tablet.
- If you bought your tablet trough a contract you have to clarify, that it isn't locked and you can use it with another SIM card as you got from your provider. To unlock your tablet you may have to talk to your provider. Sometimes they charge a small fee to unlock.
- You can use the Anywhere Data SIM also in foreign countries, but it will be more expensive because of to the roaming rates. Because of that we recommend to use the SIM card first after arriving in Australia. Further we activate your SIM card just a few days before your arrival, in this way you are able to use the initial balance as long as it is possible.
- If you will have problems with connecting your tablet with the internet, you can use following introductions here to configure it.
