Digital Mail Forwarding Service
With the digital Mail Forwarding Service you will have access to a valid postal address within Australia
which makes it easier for you to open up a bank account for example or receive postcards from your family.
When we receive correspondence for you, we will scan it and you can look it up straight away in your
MojoKnows customer account.
How does the digital Mail Forwarding Service exactly work?
After you book your digital Mail Forwarding Service, you will get the postal details for your mail address which you can use
while you are travelling in Australia. Once we receive any mail for you, we will scan it and upload it
to your MojoKnows account. There you can look it up, print it and download it. Your digital recorded documents
are safely managed in our system and of course we make sure that nobody else has access to your personal mail.
And what's with the postal privacy?
To manage your digital Mail Forwarding Service, you will need to give us permission to open your mail. As soon
as you order this service, it will automatically allow us to open mail we receive for you via to the
MojoKnows Mail Service.
What happens with my mail after has been scanned?
We send a reminder email to costumers once the service has expired giving the option to renew. If you do not renew your service or do not respond within
2 weeks for our email, we will no longer accept snailmail for you and all paper copies will be destroyed after 3 months.
What does the digital Mail Forwarding Service cost?
The digital mail service is charged on a usage basis (per day), this way you can customize the service to the length of your stay in Australia and only pay for what you need.
You can always add more time to an existing mail service if you find you need it for longer than originally anticipated.
Per month the service costs EUR 14.99;
which is roughly EUR 0.50 per day.
If you have a digital mail service and receive items that have to be physically forwarded to you because they cannot be digitised (i.e. parcels, bank cards, car registration stickets) or because you indicated to us
that you would like to receive the physical letter), then we will forward them on to you. Any mail that is physically forwarded to you
always incurs a charge (i.e. you don't get 10 standard letters free like in the standard service), because if it was a standard letter we could scan it for you!
The cost for the forwarding is based on postage costs, a handling fee and the cost to make the parcel trackable within Australia (anything we forward on to you if you have a digital service is sent trackable).

What happens when the mail contains something we can't scan (i.e. credit card, parcel, bankcard or cheques)?
We will send email advising you and request a valid address where we can post the item to you. This can include mail being sent
to a Post Office c/o Poste Restante in the town or city where you are staying.
Am I able to receive faxes with the digital Mail Forwarding Service as well?
Yes, beside the mail address, you will also get a fax number, where you can receive faxes. Like normal
letters we will upload them to your MojoKnows account.
Can I share this service with my friend?
Unfortunately not. For technical reasons we can only accept mail addressed to you. If your friend
is also interested in this service, they can create their own account on MojoKnows.
Mail we receive for non costumers will be returned to sender.
